General Scholarship Requirements

These requirements apply to all scholarship applicants regardless of country of origin.

Academic Requirements

  • A recognized university degree (bachelor, master, or equivalent) from an accredited institution
  • Academic transcripts showing overall strong performance (minimum GPA varies by country)
  • Proof of English language proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL or equivalent) — except for native English speakers
  • Research proposal required for doctoral (PhD-level) scholarship applications
  • Statement of academic and professional objectives (minimum 600 words)
  • Evidence of any academic distinctions, awards, or published work

Professional Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience (3–5 years for senior/executive programs)
  • Up-to-date Curriculum Vitae (CV) documenting professional history and achievements
  • Two recommendation letters from academic supervisors or senior professional contacts
  • Proof of employment or professional practice (contracts, certificates, tax records)
  • Professional portfolio or competency evidence (if applying through RPL pathway)
  • No current or past academic fraud, plagiarism, or professional misconduct records
