Mediterranean International University is committed to the highest standards of academic ethics, honesty, and professional conduct across all its activities.
All learners, assessors, and staff must uphold principles of integrity throughout assessment, documentation, and academic communication. The integrity of MIU's qualifications depends on the consistent application of these standards across all processes.
All submitted documents, portfolios, or evidence must be genuine, original, and verifiable. MIU employs verification procedures to confirm the authenticity of all submitted materials.
All work submitted must be original. The misuse, reproduction, or presentation of external content as one's own work is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate disciplinary action.
Learners must not falsify experience, documents, or competencies. Providing false information at any stage of the application or assessment process constitutes academic fraud.
Personal and academic records are protected and handled responsibly in accordance with MIU's privacy policy and applicable data protection regulations.
All assessors must operate with fairness, neutrality, and independence. Conflicts of interest must be declared and appropriately managed before any assessment activity.
Any form of academic fraud leads to immediate rejection of the assessment and may result in permanent exclusion from all MIU programs and qualification pathways.
